Before entering real estate, Dan and Dawn built successful professional careers that shaped the disciplined and service-driven approach they bring to every client today. Dawn served as a registered nurse, where attention to detail, trust, and compassion were essential in caring for others during important moments in their lives. Dan spent decades as an executive in the environmental services industry, leading regional markets and managing complex operations across multiple states.

Those experiences instilled the principles that now define the Malloy Home Team: integrity, preparation, and calm leadership in high-stakes situations.
